To ensure that our puppies receive the best home possible we require all owers to sign a
'Schnauzers of PA' Puppy Buyer Agreement.
Buyers must consent to the written buyer/seller agreement before transfer of ownership.
Agreement As Follows:
1) Limited AKC Registration
Puppies sold with Limited AKC Registration. No exceptions.
2) Puppy For Life
Buyers must agree that they keep the puppy for all of its natural life.
The Registered Buyer of puppy CANNOT sell, give, or transfer the puppy to anyone without
first obtaining written approval from Schnauzers Of PA.
3) Puppy Identity Registration
Buyer must complete and pay for AKC MicroChip Identity Registration for Lost and Found.
4) Puppy Health and Maintenance
Buyers must agree that they keep their puppy healthy through regular Veterinary Checkups
5) Family Member
Buyers must agree that they consider their puppy a part of their family and treat him/her as such.
6) Puppy Play Yard
Buyers must have a yard easily accessible for the puppy to go to.
7) No Chain
Buyers must agree that the puppy/dog NOT be tied outside for extended periods of time.
8) Spay/Neuter
Buyers must agree that they have their puppy spayed or neutered.
Males must be neutered at 1 year, no sooner. Females after 1st or 2nd season.
Letter of spay/neuter must be mailed, faxed, or scanned to us within 1 year.
9) No-Kill Agreement
Buyers must agree that the puppy will not be killed. Exceptions apply for Quality Of Living.
